We offer a FREE, no-stress, initial meeting to find out about your goals, project, and budget. You are introduced to the Grace Custom Program and together we work to determine if being an owner/builder is right for you. 
Grace works with you to assure you have the perfect lot and plans to fulfill your needs. Your Grace Construction Consultant will review and evaluate your home, remodel project, or the land you are considering if building a new home. Whether you need stock plans or want the services of a qualified designer or architects, Grace Custom Homes can help. We will assist in making sure the plan is suitable for your needs. 
Upon agreement of budget and plans we will break all the projected work into categories for costing. This will allow for a more accurate estimate to help with the budget and building process. You will know almost exactly what the costs will be and how much you saved before anything is built! 
You really don't need building experience! We meet with you regularly in planning meetings to monitor your progress. We prepare detailed construction agendas at each stage of your home building or remodeling process, stating tasks that should be completed. We will make visits to the job site weekly to check up on the project and ensure the job is meeting Grace Custom quality. 
The sub-contractors we use to build our highest quality homes will be the same for you, nothing different, but your the boss. We will provide a list who will guarantee good value for your money. However, you may select your own subcontractor at any time.
